- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)

- Ability to handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries & complaints professionally
- Provide timely and appropriate solutions
- Maintain a positive customer relationship
- Work effectively in a rotational shift environment
Interview Process:

- Typing Test (Minimum 25 WPM, 90% accuracy)
- Training & Operations Round
- Client Round
