Skills Required
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong written and verbal communication with a neutral Indian accent
- Calm and diplomatic communication skills
- Keen attention to detail for updating patient details
- Excellent active listening and customer service skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with patients
- Fluency in English and Hindi (mandatory)
- Knowledge of medical terminology (a plus)
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and with empathy
- Assist patients with appointment bookings and inquiries
- Adhere to shift schedules:
- Male Employees: 24/7 rotational shifts
- Female Employees: Rotational day shifts (6:00 AM to 8:00 PM)
- Ensure 9-hour login time with punctuality and adherence to break schedules
