Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions within time limits.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Build strong relationships with clients and customers.
- Manage customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on resolutions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary
- Willingness to work in 24×7 rotational shifts
- 6 days working with rotational week off
- Maximum age limit: 40 years
Interview Process:
- HR Round: Conducted via video call (Aadhar mandatory for Work From Office)
- Typing Test: Minimum 25 WPM with 90% accuracy
