Job Description:
- Customer Support Associate – Voice Process
- Nature of Job: Resolving the banking related queries of the customer via call
- Should have Basic communication in English
- Should have basic knowledge about Customer Support roles and responsibilities
- Should know to handle the customers and resolve their issues
- Shifts – Girls: Day shift Rotational (between 7:00 am – 7:00 pm – Any 9 hours)
Boys: Rotational Shifts 24*7 (Any 9 hours) - Work Location: GIFT City, Gandhinagar
