Freshers / 0 – 1.5 Years
🔧 Required Skill Set:
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language: Java, Python, JavaScript, C/C++, C#, .NET, HTML, CSS, Objective-C
- Understanding of software development and testing methodologies
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools: Selenium, TestNG, WebDriverIO
- Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools: JIRA, Bugzilla, TestRail
- Good knowledge of SQL and working with databases
- Solid grasp of web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
📝 Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, document, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts
- Conduct both manual and automated testing of applications
- Identify, log, and track defects using bug tracking systems
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback
- Perform regression testing to ensure system stability
- Analyze test results and share detailed reports with stakeholders
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes
- Stay updated with the latest tools and trends in software testing
