Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze technical impacts and system functionality for custom changes
- Design, develop, and maintain systems on HP Non-Stop platform
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Independently manage small to mid-size development projects
- Review and validate code, ensuring compatibility and performance
- Develop and run test cases simulating real-world interfaces
- Isolate and resolve defects before impacting users
- Collaborate with product teams to deliver real value
- Analyze customer feedback and testing outcomes to resolve issues
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 1–2 years’ experience with BASE24/Connex development
- Proficiency in TAL, C, TACL, Enscribe, and Pathway on HP Non-Stop platform
- Hands-on with HP Nonstop tools (FUP, SCUP, Peruse, etc.)
- Understanding of ISO8583 message formats and OLTP systems
- Experience in end-to-end software development lifecycle
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
