- Team Collaboration: Assist senior engineers in understanding the system environment and managing open issues.
- Documentation: Maintain updated documentation of configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting processes.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in system enhancement discussions and suggest improvements based on ticket feedback.
