About Volvo Group Apprentice Program
The Graduate Apprentice Trainee program is part of National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) under the Apprentices Act. It is a 1 year training program where candidates will get practical learning, mentorship, and exposure to modern tools and processes.
This is not a full-time permanent job, it is a training opportunity with stipend. The purpose is to help students and fresh graduates move from classroom knowledge to real working environment.

- Salary / Stipend: ₹16,500 – ₹22,000 per month

Eligibility for BE / B.Tech Graduates
- Passout years: 2022, 2023, 2024
- Degree: BE / B.Tech in CSE, IT, Mechanical, Automobile, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Data Science, AI, Embedded, EV, Production, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering
- Minimum 65% in 10th, 12th and graduation
- Duration: 1 year apprenticeship under NATS program
- No job guarantee after training, but you gain strong industry experience
Preferred Skills: Python, AI & ML, UiPath
Eligibility for Commerce / MBA (Finance) Graduates
- Qualification: B.Com or MBA in Finance
- Experience: Fresher – 0 to 6 months
- Must know basic accounting concepts
- SAP knowledge is a plus
