- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operational metrics
- Perform business and data analysis to support management decisions
- Maintain accurate Agent Database throughout various stages (Hiring to Production)
- Develop Agent Scorecards and monitor KPIs
- Handle payroll input details and attrition dashboards
- Provide timely and accurate reporting to leadership
- Support continuous improvement in reporting and analytics efficiency
- Maintain MIS documentation for smoother operations
- Collaborate with teams to provide insightful analytical support
