1. Processor
- Experience: 0 to 3 years
- Requirements:
- Basic understanding of loan underwriting, origination, and servicing
- Good communication skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
2. Senior Processor
- Experience: 5 to 9 years
- Requirements:
- Expertise in mortgage credit analysis, TRID guidelines, compliance
- Ability to compute income and debt ratio calculations
3. Team Leader
- Experience: 5 to 10 years (Team Leader experience required)
- Requirements:
- Strong knowledge in loan underwriting
- Leadership experience in a relevant field
- Ability to meet production goals in accordance with SLAs
