Job Description: As a Customer Support Executive in the Non-Voice Process at Wipro, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support. Your role will involve utilizing strong analytical and logical skills to address customer queries, demonstrating excellent communication skills, and collaborating effectively within a team. The position requires flexibility to work from the office and during night shifts.
