Job Description:
Wipro, a leading multinational corporation, is seeking dynamic and talented individuals for the role of Customer Support Associate in their Non-Voice Process. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support with a focus on communication skills, attention to detail, and a logical approach to problem-solving.
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word etc.).
- Analytical approach & logical skills with attention to detail.
- Interpersonal skills and team player.
- Flexibility to work from the office and in night shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Working Conditions:
- Working days: 5 Days a week with 2 days off.
- Work Location: Wipro Gachibowli campus, Hyderabad.
