Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound international voice calls, delivering first-contact resolution with outstanding customer service.
- Meet or exceed Service Level Agreements for customer satisfaction, service levels, handle time and customer effort.
- Document interactions accurately, follow up on open issues, and identify process improvements.
- Uphold attendance, quality, security & accountability standards at all times.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Open to graduates across disciplines (e.g., B.Com, B.A, BBA/BMS, BCA, BHM, B.Sc, BHMS, BAMS, etc.).
- Candidates with an MBA, BE or B.Tech must have at least 6 months of BPO experience.
- Experience: 0 – 30 months in any international voice process (freshers with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Skills:
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and general PC literacy.
- Flexibility to work rotational 24 × 5 shifts (two-way transport provided).
