Job Responsibilities:
- Assist end-users with application, system administration, and network issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents via phone, chat, email, or walk-ins
- Prioritize and escalate urgent tickets
- Accurately log all contacts and document activities in the incident management tool
- Take ownership of user problems and communicate progress effectively
- Provide top-tier customer service, adhering to service management principles
- Open to working in a 24×7 environment with rotating shifts and days off
