Job Responsibilities:

• Assist end-users with application, system administration, and network issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents via phone, chat, email, or walk-ins
• Prioritize and escalate urgent tickets
• Accurately log all contacts and document activities in the incident management tool
• Take ownership of user problems and communicate progress effectively
• Provide top-tier customer service, adhering to service management principles
• Open to working in a 24×7 environment with rotating shifts and days off
