Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support to end users by diagnosing, prioritizing, and resolving incidents.
- Manage and escalate tickets requiring urgent attention.
- Log all user interactions and ensure accurate documentation.
- Resolve helpdesk requests and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively to ensure adherence to service management principles.
- Open to a 24×7 work environment with rotating shifts.
