Job Title: Software Data Analyst
Salary: Up to ₹3.5 LPA
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: Freshers

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Basic working knowledge of computer applications.
• Strong customer service orientation and courteous behavior.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
• Analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Dependability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support to end users by diagnosing, prioritizing, and resolving incidents.
• Manage and escalate tickets requiring urgent attention.
• Log all user interactions and ensure accurate documentation.
• Resolve helpdesk requests and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively to ensure adherence to service management principles.
• Open to a 24×7 work environment with rotating shifts.
