🛠️ Skill Set Required
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Basic knowledge of ITIL framework and terminologies

- Good understanding of networking concepts (DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, VPN)
- Familiarity with tools like Outlook, MS Office 365, Zoom, Jabber, VPN, browsers, etc.

- Assist users with application/system/network issues via phone, chat, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents efficiently
- Log all support interactions and maintain accurate documentation
- Escalate critical issues promptly
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and deliver excellent customer service
- Take full ownership of assigned issues and provide timely updates
- Continuously enhance technical skills to support end users effectively
