Key Responsibilities:

  • Field incoming help requests from clients via telephone and/or emails in a courteous manner.
  • Document all pertinent end-user information and nature of the problem or issue.
  • Resolve client queries as per the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Access and maintain internal knowledge bases and resources for effective problem resolution.
  • Analyze call logs to identify trends and prevent future issues.
  • Escalate serious client issues to team leaders when necessary.
  • Deliver excellent customer service through diagnosis and troubleshooting of client queries.
  • Maintain logs and records of all customer queries using designated tracking software.
  • Offer alternative solutions to clients, aiming to retain their business.
  • Follow up with customers to record feedback and ensure compliance with SLAs.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Sound knowledge of assigned processes, tools, and systems.
  • Strong customer service orientation and courteous demeanor.
  • Basic working knowledge of computer applications.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English.
  • Attention to detail and good sales skills.
