Position: Customer Service Associate (Voice Process)
Job Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: Freshers

Skill Set Required:

• Strong customer handling and service skills
• Basic knowledge of Excel and computer operations
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Flexibility to work from the office (WFO)
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
• Immediate joiners preferred (Candidates with notice periods are not eligible)

Job Description:
As a Customer Service Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

• Processing lease applications, gathering necessary documentation, and uploading documents to the ERP platform.
• Sending leases to residents for signature and uploading fully executed leases to the property management software.
• Managing utilities at the property level, including coordinating paperwork to turn on utilities and assisting with bill payments.
• Scheduling move-in orientations for residents and collecting application fees, hold fees, and initial funds.
• Assisting customers with move-in processing, eviction tracking, and providing notice to vacate & move out processing.
