Role & Responsibilities
- Assist end users with application issues, system administration, and network concerns
- Diagnose, prioritize, and resolve IT incidents via telephone, chat, email, or in-person
- Escalate high-priority issues and document all activities accurately in the incident management system
- Provide standard support for applications like Outlook, MS Suite, O365, Zoom, Jabber, VPN, etc.
- Troubleshoot basic and intermediate technical issues
- Maintain excellent customer service standards and adhere to SLAs
- Work on Active Directory, printer mapping, and MFA-related issues
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of ITIL framework
- Good knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, VDI environments, and networking (DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, VPN)
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Active Directory and printer mapping
- Willingness to work in a 24×7 shift environment, including holidays
