Skills Required:
- Strong programming knowledge in C, C++, Java, and Python
- Expertise in troubleshooting operating system issues

- Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills
- Ability to handle irate customers with empathy
Job Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot issues related to Windows, Outlook, Teams, Citrix, VDI, VPN, and Security Apps
- Provide remote technical support and manage customer queries
- Identify, document, and escalate issues to relevant teams
- Research and resolve customer complaints using available resources
- Maintain logs, reports, and create SOPs for new issues and solutions
