Responsibilities
- Help users with IT issues like applications, system, or network problems
- Answer queries through phone, chat, email or direct walk-in requests
- Log and track every ticket in the incident management system
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide quick solutions
- Escalate urgent problems to higher teams if needed
- Provide high-quality customer service to all employees
- Work in 24×7 rotational shifts (5 days a week)
Required Skills
- Good communication in English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, and VDI environments
- Basic networking concepts (DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, VPN)
- Familiar with Outlook, MS Office, O365, Zoom, VPN, Browsers etc.
- Understanding of ITIL framework and service desk processes
- Knowledge of Active Directory, MFA, printer mapping will be a plus
- Should be flexible to work on shifts, weekends and holidays
- Problem solving and good customer handling skills
