Responsibilities

1. Help users with IT issues like applications, system, or network problems
2. Answer queries through phone, chat, email or direct walk-in requests
3. Log and track every ticket in the incident management system
4. Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide quick solutions
5. Escalate urgent problems to higher teams if needed
6. Provide high-quality customer service to all employees
7. Work in 24×7 rotational shifts (5 days a week)

Required Skills

• Good communication in English (spoken and written)
• Knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, and VDI environments
• Basic networking concepts (DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, VPN)
• Familiar with Outlook, MS Office, O365, Zoom, VPN, Browsers etc.
• Understanding of ITIL framework and service desk processes
• Knowledge of Active Directory, MFA, printer mapping will be a plus
• Should be flexible to work on shifts, weekends and holidays
• Problem solving and good customer handling skills
