Job Description:

Wipro Limited is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals for the role of Test Analyst. As a Test Analyst, you will be responsible for configuring and testing Wipro Proprietary Total Benefit Administration (TBA) System to meet our clients’ requirements. This role offers an excellent opportunity for freshers with a keen interest in programming, systems configuration, and testing related to human resource functions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• B.E/B.Tech (CSE, IT, ECE) with a minimum of 60% in the current degree and no current backlogs.
• Designation: Trainee
• Shift Time: 11:30 AM to 9:00 PM
• Cab Facility: One-way cab will be provided (Only Drop)
• Service Agreement: 12 Months of Service Agreement
• Work Location: Coimbatore
• Interview Location: Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Configure and test Wipro Proprietary Total Benefit Administration (TBA) System according to client requirements.
• Prepare test cases and test data, and execute test activities based on the direction from the SA.
• Utilize proprietary systems and tools to set up and configure tables/parameters in the TBA System as defined by analysis.

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles/concepts.
• Proficiency in writing simple and complex SQL queries.
• Ability to write intermediate SQL queries.

Communication and Excellence:

• Excellent logical and communication skills (oral, written, and listening ability).
