Job Overview
Wipro is inviting applications from fresh graduates for the Associate Analyst position as part of its Off Campus Drive 2025. The role involves configuring and testing Wipro’s proprietary Total Benefit Administration (TBA) system as per client specifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure tables and parameters in the internal TBA system using Wipro tools.
- Participate in system analysis, testing, and quality assurance activities.
- Work with SQL queries to manage and validate data.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of project requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech / MCA (Graduated in 2024)
- Agreement: 12-month service agreement
- Shifts: 11:30 AM to 9:00 PM & 5:30 PM to 3:00 AM (shift based on business requirement)
Technical Skills Preferred
- Good understanding of SDLC, SQL, and DB2.
- Ability to write intermediate SQL queries.
- Familiarity with SAS or Mainframes (added advantage).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Soft Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented.
