Wipro Technologies has launched the School of IT Infrastructure Management (SIM) – an industry-academia partnership that enables Diploma holders to pursue a B.Tech in Information Systems from a Government of India recognized “Institute of Eminence” (IoE) while working full-time with Wipro. The B.Tech degree is fully sponsored by Wipro.
Through structured training in both technical and professional skills, this program prepares selected candidates to excel in the fast-evolving IT industry.

Qualification Required: Diploma (Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer Engineering, Electrical & Electronics, or related disciplines)
Eligible Passing Years: 2024 & 2025
Experience Required: Freshers
Compensation: ₹12,400 per month

Eligibility Criteria
- 10th Standard: Pass
- 12th Standard: Pass
- Diploma: Minimum 50% aggregate
- Mandatory to have studied Core Mathematics as a subject in Diploma (Business/Applied Mathematics will not be considered)
- Maximum 3 years of education gap allowed between 10th and commencement of Diploma
- Only full-time Diploma courses are eligible (Part-time/Correspondence not considered)
- Maximum 1 active backlog during assessment (must be cleared by 6th semester)
- Open school or distance education allowed in 10th & 12th
- Candidates must be Indian citizens / PIO / OCI. Bhutan and Nepal nationals must provide valid citizenship certificates
- Minimum age: 18 years at the time of onboarding
Selection Process
Round 1 – Online Assessment (80 minutes)
- Verbal Ability (20 mins – 20 questions)
- Analytical Ability (20 mins – 20 questions)
- Quantitative Ability (20 mins – 20 questions)
- Written Communication Test (20 mins)
Round 2 – Voice Assessment
Round 3 – Business Discussion
Round 4 – Pre-Skilling Training
Service Agreement
- 48 months agreement with payback clause on a pro-rata basis for the joining bonus if the candidate exits before completion.
