🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT support to end users (application/system/network-related issues)
- Resolve incidents through chat, email, phone, or walk-ins
- Log and update tickets in the incident management system
- Escalate complex issues as needed
- Support common applications like MS Office 365, Zoom, Jabber
- Provide VDI, VPN, Active Directory, and printer-related support
- Maintain excellent customer service levels
- Work in 24×7 rotational shifts including weekends and holidays
🧠 Skills Required
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Familiarity with ITIL, Windows/Mac OS
- Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN)
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues
- Understanding of Active Directory, MFA, Printer Mapping
- Good documentation and organizational skills
- Self-driven and collaborative mindset
