Job Description:
- Processor (0-3 Years):
- Freshers with good communication skills.
- Completed degree with Provisional certificate/Consolidated Mark sheet is mandatory.
- Senior Processor (4-9 Years):
- Deep knowledge in loan underwriting, Pre UW, Origination, and Servicing.
- Proficiency in computing income and debt ratio calculations per program guidelines.
- Expertise in compliance, TRID guidelines (fees), and mortgage credit analysis.
- Able to maintain production goals & standards based on SLAs and metrics.
- Night shift work from the Chennai Sholinganallur office.
- Transportation provided (1-way cab).
- Rotational 2 days off per week.
- Immediate joiners preferred, with a notice period of up to 15 days.
- Mandatory 2-dose vaccination and graduation with Provisional and Degree certificates.
