Job Description: Wipro Limited is conducting a walk-in drive for the role of Content Moderation Specialist. This position requires candidates with 1-5+ years of experience and a background in BE/BTech/BCom/BSc/BBA/BA/BBM or any equivalent degree.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Moderate user-generated content on various internet platforms.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate emotional resilience to handle inappropriate content professionally.
- Exhibit strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Display a proactive and positive approach to tasks.
- Uphold a strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Utilize internet websites and social communication tools effectively.
- Manage time efficiently and demonstrate good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Apply strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities to tasks.
Requirements:
- Graduates with relevant experience are eligible to apply.
- Candidates must be willing to work from the office.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts and rotational week offs.
- Availability of 2-way cab transportation.
- 5-day workweek with 2 rotational week offs.
