About Wipro’s Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP)
WILP is a unique learning-integrated program that enables BCA and B.Sc students to start their technology career at Wipro while pursuing an M.Tech degree from a leading institution in India, fully sponsored by Wipro.
Eligibility Criteria
- 10th Standard: Pass
- 12th Standard: Pass
- Graduation: Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA (as per University guidelines)
- Year of completion: 2025
- Maximum 1 backlog allowed during Online Assessment
- Mandatory: Core Mathematics in graduation
- Allowed gap: Up to 3 years between 10th and start of graduation (no gaps during graduation)
- Open school/distance learning allowed only for 10th and 12th
- Citizenship: Indian citizens/PIO/OCI. Bhutan & Nepal nationals must provide citizenship proof
- Candidates must have completed a 3-month cooling-off period before reapplying
- Minimum age: 18 years at the time of registration

Selection Process
Round 1: Online Assessment (80 minutes)
- Verbal Ability – 20 mins – 20 questions
- Analytical Ability – 20 mins – 20 questions
- Quantitative Ability – 20 mins – 20 questions
- Written Communication Test – 20 mins
Round 2: Business Discussion
Round 3: HR Discussion
Service Agreement
A 60-month agreement applies. The joining bonus must be repaid on a pro-rata basis if the candidate leaves before the completion of the agreement period.
