Job Title: Trainee Consultant

Eligibility:

• Degree Required: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc/M.E/M.Tech/M.Sc
• Experience Required: Freshers

Location: Hyderabad

Salary/CTC: Competitive, industry-standard

Primary Skills:

• Trained in SAP BASIS and HANA DB
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux OS (Redhat or SUSE)
• SAP BASIS, Database, or OS certification is an added advantage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Desirable Skills:

• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts
• Team player with a proactive attitude

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitor production and non-production servers (24×7)
• Create and acknowledge incidents
• Handle L1 incidents
• Support leads in incident management
