Job Title: Trainee Consultant
Eligibility:
- Degree Required: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc/M.E/M.Tech/M.Sc
- Experience Required: Freshers
Location: Hyderabad
Salary/CTC: Competitive, industry-standard
Primary Skills:
- Trained in SAP BASIS and HANA DB
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux OS (Redhat or SUSE)
- SAP BASIS, Database, or OS certification is an added advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Desirable Skills:
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts
- Team player with a proactive attitude
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitor production and non-production servers (24×7)
- Create and acknowledge incidents
- Handle L1 incidents
- Support leads in incident management
