About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Information Security Compliance Analyst to join our growing security team. The role involves managing and ensuring adherence to global compliance standards like PCI DSS, ISO, ISMS, and QMS, as well as regulatory requirements such as RBI PA/PG guidelines. You will be responsible for implementing robust compliance programs and working cross-functionally to mitigate compliance risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and maintain compliance programs for PCI DSS, RBI guidelines, ISMS, QMS, and incident response.
- Ensure regular security audits, controls implementation, and adherence to regulatory mandates.
- Coordinate reporting mechanisms for regulatory bodies such as RBI.
- Establish RACI matrices, escalation processes, and communication plans for compliance updates.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and internal trainings to build compliance awareness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to track regulatory changes and align internal policies accordingly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in information security and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of PCI DSS, ISO standards, RBI regulations, ISMS, QMS, and Incident Management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage and track compliance objectives and policies.
