Job Description
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving customer queries and technical issues through various communication channels including calls, emails, chats, and remote sessions. You will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring seamless product experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively
- Communicate clearly via calls, chat, and email
- Assist customers through remote support tools
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
Skills and Requirements
- Strong understanding of modern IT management and ITSM concepts
- Familiarity with Windows, Mac, and Linux OS environments
- Knowledge of endpoint security, networking, and IT operations
- Experience with tools like EDR, SOC, SCCM, Intune, AV, Endpoint/Mobile Device Management is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
