Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely technical support to customers.
- Conduct online demonstrations and product training sessions.
- Handle requirement gathering and analysis.
- Manage RFI requests and follow-up communication.
- Prepare Proof of Concept (POC) for prospective leads.
- Ensure high-quality customer engagement and service delivery.
Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a client-facing role is preferred.
- Ability to handle phone-based support for international clients (USA/UK).
- Flexible to work night shifts and relocate to Chennai if required.
- Candidates graduating in 2026 or later are not eligible.
