About the Role
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for customers, playing a key role in resolving technical issues and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role requires strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Responsibilities
- Act as the face of Zoho for users, partners, and prospects
- Provide real-time assistance via voice, email, or chat
- Analyze user-reported issues and deliver effective solutions
- Conduct product demos, onboarding sessions, and user training
- Document technical issues and solutions for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams
Key Skills Required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Basic understanding of web-based software or applications
- Ability to adapt and learn Zoho’s product suite
- Customer-first attitude and willingness to assist users
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: BA, BBA, BSc, BCom, BE, B.Tech, MBA, ME, M.Tech, MCA, MSc, MCom, PhD – or any recognized degree
- Batch: Open to candidates from 2014 to 2025
- Experience: Freshers and early-career professionals welcome
