Job Description:
As a Junior Data Analyst at IBM, you’ll use the latest tools and technologies available to deliver best in class data analysis, business results and quantifiable return on investment for our business and business partners. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that critical projects for our clients are expertly organized, scheduled, analyzed, communicated and managed to help organizations improve their business outcomes in the global marketplace.
Qualification:
Willingness to complete the requirements of the apprenticeship program
0 – 2 years work experience in a customer-oriented role
Drive and eagerness to learn
Strong problem solving, critical thinking, organization, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative, as well as work collaboratively and contribute to an agile team environment
Ability to think analytically in solving problems, know what data is needed to demonstrate a business outcome
Some basic knowledge or experience in the following is preferred:
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Business systems analysis
Lean Six Sigma (Yellow, Green or Black Belts)
Basic knowledge of Information Technology Delivery methods
Familiarity or use of statistical analysis tools such as Minitab, SPSS
Any scripting or programming experience is a plus
Some basic knowledge or experience in the following is preferred:
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Business systems analysis
Lean Six Sigma (Yellow, Green or Black Belts)
Basic knowledge of Information Technology Delivery methods
