Associate – ITL Japan
Job Description:
– Lead the engagement effort at different stages from requirements gathering to business analysis, high level design, development/configuration, testing and deployment.
– Contribute to business unit and organizational level initiatives with the objective of providing high quality and value-added consulting solutions to customers WITHIN the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys Limited.
– Work with client, offshore, and onsite teams as a part of the project.
– Analyzing the key problems faced by the client and design a solution to address client problems with required level of documentation.
Qualification:
– Individuals with key interests in Business/IT Consulting, Solution Delivery domains,
– Individuals with key interests in buiding career in new Technology Platforms such as Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Block Chain etc.
– Excellent communication / presentation / verbal and written communication skills.
– Should be able to drive customer discussions independently and act as trusted advisor.
– Should have good adaptability for an engagement and work in an onsite-offshore team environment – sharing ideas and working collaboratively.
– Strong organizational and analytical skills,
– Strong ability to take bottom line responsibility,
– Self-starter.
– Must be bilingual in English and Japanese languages.
