EXECUTIVE – TIME & ATTENDANCE

Job Description:
Position Summary- Need Time Office team member for Time Office Team . Candidate willing to travel Plan locations (40% Travel) . Responsible to ensure that the attendance and absence records of all employees for the business unit are updated as per the defined timelines. Provide resolution to queries related to time office for employees at the deployment location.
Education: Graduation
Work Experience
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in English & local language.
Ability to interact with employees in a professional manner
Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
Good knowledge of SAP (Upload, Smart list, Integration manager, etc)
Review & update Leave Form / Leave Card as per approval. Perform Data entry (as & when necessary).
Prioritize updation work according to Payroll cycle urgency.
Taking appropriate decision for updation with policies & supporting documents.
Respond to Employees and client inquiries and Assist in month end closing activities and other projects as needed.
Basic knowledge of SAP
Graduation (any graduate- B.Com preferred )
