Job Role:
Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies. Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.
Required Skills:-
Basic computer knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Qualification: – Any Graduate/ Post Graduate Under Graduate with minimum 6 months experience in BPO.
Age Limit: 18 to 30 Years
Shift Timing: – Male– 24*7 shift (Any 9 hours)
Female – Morning 6.00 to 11.00 pm (Any 9 hours)
Salary:- 180000 Lac PA 13400 (in hand)
4k-5k Stipend in 25 Days of training
Mandatory language- Fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi
