Non Tech Full Time Graduates only
· Minimum 15 years of regular education (10+2+3 years of Graduation)
· Not more than 2 years of gap combining Education + Employment
· Willingness to work 24*7 shift including night shift
· Willingness to work from office

Excellent communication both verbal and written, active listening.
· Manage incoming chats/email.
· Handle customer complaints, provide
