Consulting – BO – Operations Transformation – Analyst
Location: Kolkata or Delhi NCR, India
Job Description:
Identify opportunities and define strategies for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work.
Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues.
Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports.
Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products.
Assist in proposal development, as requested.
Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Science/Arts/Commerce or any other relevant degree.
Strong academic performance in undergraduate degree
Experience: 0 to 2 years of work experience
For project deliveries, there will be long duration travel to client locations
Team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated teamwork within or outside a work setting.
Exceptional problem-solving ability. Logical reasoning, creative thinking, comfort with numbers, and the ability to untangle complex issues.
Team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent verbal and written English language skills
Past experience of working with Government will be an added advantage
Strong passion for consulting, ability to adapt and cope in a fast pace, challenging work hours
