We are looking for motivated and tech-passionate graduates to:
Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with business and technical members of the team
Relentless focus on quality and continuous improvement
Perform root cause analysis of reports issues
Development / evolutionary maintenance of the environment, performance, capability and availability.
Assisting in defining technical requirements and developing solutions
Effective content and source-code management, troubleshooting and debugging
Facilitating data integration, data conformity, data integrity and ensuring data structures are designed for flexibility to support future business needs and enhancements.
Required:
We are looking for candidates with the following background and skills:
Graduated Resources, with Bachelor or Master Degree in one of the followings fields: Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics
Intermediate knowledge of English language
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred
Availability to travel is an additional mandatory prerequisite.

Analyst-Risk and Compliance (Operations) – Bangalore, India
As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for activities related to the administration of the new account process, document management, mail support and other responsibilities within the Operations department, while striving to create efficiencies with new and existing procedures
Job Responsibilities
Establish new client accounts into CRM Database and follow -up for missing client documents
Generate, merge, email client welcome letters
Archive & Retrieve documents from database
Project and administrative support including data entry
Required:
Graduate degree in Finance, Banking or related field with 1-3 years of experience in customer documentation, managing client accounts
Working knowledge of MS Office
Ability to process large volumes, in an accurate & timely manner
Good typing speed
Preferred:
Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals
Familiarity with Financial Services sector preferred
Proven analytical skills required to organize and analyse multiple, complex data sets as well as strong interpersonal and organizational skills
