Job Description :

1. Troubleshooting Windows, Outlook, Teams, Citrix. VDI, VPN,Security App etc. over Remote Support
2. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails intimely manner.
3. Manage and resolve customer complaints.
4. Identify and escalate issues to supervisors as and when needed.
5. Provide product and service information to customers.
6. Research required information using available resources andOffer Solution to customers.
7. Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints usingapplicable software.
8. Route calls and tickets to appropriate resources and Domains whocan best support he user,
9. Document all call information according to standard operatingprocedures.
10. Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends incustomer calls.
11. Create SOPs for new Issues and resolution given.
12. Complete call logs and reports.
