Cloud Database Systems Engineer – United States

Job Description

The Intel Developer Cloud team is looking for a versatile Cloud Solutions Engineer responsible for building and maintaining the critical DCIM tools in IDC!

Responsible for technical functions in support of engineering activities. Work performed within generally defined parameters. Some degree of judgment required in resolving nonstandard problems. This is a fast-paced ambiguous environment, requiring a combination of hardware, software and networking skills with a diligent focus on customer orientation.

Database Administrator – USA

Job Responsibilities :

Managing Oracle/MSSQL/DB2/PostgreSQL databases to meet performance, security, high availability and resiliency requirements

Perform operational DBA duties in a large-scale, complex environment. These will include patching, environments cloning, database upgrades and application upgrades, implementing backup and monitoring procedures

Review and enhance documentation

Willingness to function in a global 24×7 support environment, interacting with a large number of teams

Highly flexible, results-oriented and customer-oriented

Strong verbal and writing skills

Security Researcher

As a Security Researcher your responsibilities will include

Securing design, development and operation of Intel’s hardware and software products and services.

Threat assessments, design of security components, and vulnerability assessment.

Ensuring products conform to standards and specifications.

Developing plans and cost estimates and assesses projects to analyze risks.

Responding to customer/client requests or events as they occur.

Developing solutions to problems utilizing formal education, judgment and formal processes.

Maintaining substantial knowledge of state-of-the-art security principles, theories, attacks and contributes to literature and conferences.

Participating in development of intellectual property. Requires thorough knowledge of security practices, procedures and capabilities in order to perform nonrepetitive, analytical work.

Qualifications:
