
HCL Hiring Fresher graduates with excellent written and verbal communication skills and having excellent customer handling skills for the role of Customer Support Executive to provide a seamless experience addressing customer’s questions or issues over the phone and to efficiently fulfil all the assigned job responsibilities as per the prerequisites.

Skill Set :
- Good customer service skills.
- Sound working knowledge of MS office.
- Prior experience in BPO voice process shall be preferred.
- Candidate must be comfortable with Work From Office module.
- Agent should be flexible to work in 24/7 Environment.(UK Shifts).
- Fresher’s/ Experience Both can apply.

- BA.LLB or Law background candidates are not eligible for this role.
- There is no cab restrictions for female candidates.
- Cab zones for freshers/exp male candidates – within 20km only We are not hiring any of the male candidate beyond 20km boundary.
