Job Designation : Payroll HR Admin – Associate Analyst

Qualification : Any Graduate

Experience : Freshers / 0 – 2 years

Skill Set :

  1. Basic to advanced excel skills.
  2. Knowledge of SAP HR systems and accounting packages.
  3. In-depth experience with payroll processing activities, analysis and management reporting.
  4. Good understanding of business terminology, business operations, and financial policies and internal controls.
  5. Integrity and high ethical standards and commitment to data privacy.
  6. Ability to identify complex issues related to nonstandard transactions and processes, and develop solutions to address relevant situations.
  7. Ability to work in a flexible, high pressure and client driven work environment.
  8. Basic word processing and spreadsheet skills required.
  9. Effective problem solving and interpersonal skills.
  10. Ability to organize work, document, and report concisely.
  11. A typing speed of 45-50 words per minute with data entry capabilities at 7000 ksph with 5% or less errors.
  12. Good verbal, written communication and documentation skills.

Job Description :

  1. Working in Data Maintenance team in Payroll onboarding new hires in HR Online.
  2. Making employee life cycle changes to an employee record.
  3. Supporting MIS for headcount recons, payroll processing and support the annual comp load activity.
  4. Coordinating and processing all onboarding components for new employees, including online new hire documentation.
  5. Coordinating and processing all separations, salary continuations, transfers process payroll/personnel data changes, withholding tax compliance, social security direct deposits, salary changes, sign on bonuses, employee loans and reimbursement.
  6. Fielding various payroll inquiries from employees or HR, understand basic payroll transactions and terminology for our organization.
  7. Handle the basics of the position following the specific instructions, guidelines and set procedures.
  8. Computing the Full and Final Settlements of separated employees with stringent deadlines.
  9. Liaise and coordinate with the HR operations team, other colleagues in the general ledger accounting and FTP / Payroll Team on the scheduled activities.
  10. Flag off exceptions observed in the data submission by HR colleagues and ensure arithmetical accuracy etc.
  11. Ensure strict compliance to PII guidelines.
