Job Description:
Collaborate within a business company that operates in an international environment, providing you with a global perspective and exposure.
Learn and contribute in three main pillars: ServiceNow – CSM + HR, Web Development, and Backend Development.
Experience working in an Agile environment, understanding its principles and methodologies.
Get introduced to DevOps practices and methodologies, observing how they streamline processes and enhance collaboration between development and operations teams.
Assist in reviewing Software Requirements, whether in the form of typical requirements or User Stories, gaining insights into their importance for project clarity and success.
Support the design, implementation, monitoring, and optimization of IT processes and services.

Qualification:
Bachelor/Master’s (or equivalent) in Computer Science Engineering (preferably) such as, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or related
Fluency in English and good communication skills

Financial Analyst (Hybrid) – New Grads – Finance, Commerce or Accounting -Canada
Financial Analysis and Reporting
Assist with monthly financial closings, reporting deliverables, external audits, and variance analysis of KPI’s for financial results.
Perform reconciliations to ensure data integrity of financial systems and accuracy of financial reports.
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate existing processes in data collection, consolidation, and reporting.
Support ad-hoc analysis, reports, and financial digitalization projects as assigned.
Internal Controls
Assist the co-ordination of financial internal controls reviews such as conducting process walkthroughs, monitoring of control tests, deficiencies, and remediation activities.
Support review and updates of company wide financial policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Identify opportunities and develop recommendations for process improvements and standardization to enhance operational effectiveness.
Qualification:
Recent graduate from a University degree in Finance, Commerce or Accounting
Above average study performance (Accumulative average > 2.5 (B-)). Transcripts to be provided upon request.
Preference for candidates pursuing CPA designation
Graduated from post-secondary within the last 12 months.
High level of critical and logical thinking, analytical skills, and reasoning to identify key risk factors and drivers.
Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Think-Cell).
Strong aptitude for learning to utilizing large ERP (ie. SAP) and databases to analysis large amounts of data.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and dynamic work environment.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
Ability to take initiative and be proactive in owning projects and processes, working independently with minimal supervision.
