Job Designation : Customer Service Associate

Qualification : Any Graduate

Experience : Freshers

Skill Set :

1. Should be excellent in English communication skills.
2. Basic knowledge in Excel and on computer.
3. Good knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word etc.)
4. Should be flexible to WFO (Work from Office).
5. Should be flexible to work in Rotational shifts (Including night shifts).
6. Should be an immediate joiner (Candidates with notice period are requested not to apply)
7. Working days- 5 Days a week with 2 days of rotational week off.

Job description :

1. Inbound / Outbound interaction with clients.
2. Skilling on all voice and back-office queues as per requirement.
3. Understand customer queries / request and act accordingly.
4. Maintain a healthy and clean work environment.
5. Update knowledge of process on regular basis.
6. Issues with comprehending & communicating effectively with the customer.
