Position: Customer Service Operations Application Tech Support Engineer
Qualification: Any Graduation
Experience: Freshers / 0-2 years
Key Skills:
- Good technical proficiency with a solid understanding of current technologies.
- Ability to adapt and work with evolving and emerging technologies.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office suite.
- Certification in new technologies such as Azure and AWS will be an added advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy mindset.
- Flexibility to work in all shifts and handle pressure situations.
- Excellent analytical skills.
Job Description: As a Customer Service Operations Application Tech Support Engineer, you will:
- Take ownership of customer-reported issues, providing effective resolutions.
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions for system/application problems.
- Follow standard procedures for escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Install and configure various applications and operating systems.
- Ensure proper logging of all reported issues.
- Document technical problems in the knowledge database.
- Track and manage users’ system issues until resolved, adhering to SLA standards.
