About Us: Amazon is seeking dynamic and talented individuals to join our team as Device Associates for QA Testing. This is a fantastic opportunity for fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong knowledge of QA methodology and testing tools. As a Device Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of cutting-edge applications and products.
Responsibilities:
- Execute test cases for Software builds on Desktop and Mobile platforms for Amazon Assistant Products.
- Perform accurate test case execution and report bugs promptly.
- Understand testing procedures and guidelines for new builds/releases.
- Conduct regression and repetitive testing exercises to qualify builds without compromising on quality.
- Utilize software tools for daily data capture, such as adb command.
- Comfortably capture results, communicate and escalate failures, and provide individual status reports.
- Raise all failures/doubts related to the execution of test cases in the clarification portal and close them per SLA’s.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of QA methodology and testing tools.
- Experience with testing consumer devices is a plus.
- Understanding of technical specifications.
- Familiarity with the Windows desktop environment and proficiency in using Word, Excel, IE, Firefox, etc.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
