Job Description:
We are currently hiring Service Desk Analysts with expertise in international service desk (Voice/Chat), technical support, and a strong knowledge of VPN, O365, remote support, active directory, troubleshooting printer issues, Bit locker, MS teams. Candidates should be familiar with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Control M and possess knowledge of ticket priority and severity.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in relevant roles
- Graduation completion certificate and mark sheets for onboarding
- Work from the office is mandatory, with no hybrid or WFH option
- Flexibility to work in 24*7 shifts is mandatory
- Citrix experience is mandatory
Responsibilities:
- Provide 24/7 first-line support service to users
- Receive incidents and service requests through various channels
- Update incidents with detailed information in a timely manner
- Manage trouble tickets through to resolution
- Escalate incidents or troubleshoot tickets according to company processes
- Ensure SLAs are met or exceeded
- Respond to customer inquiries efficiently
- Maintain proper documentation of interactions
- Execute transactions following prescribed guidelines and timelines
- Ensure customer/user confidentiality and data protection at all times
