Job Title: Seller Partner Support (SPS) Associate
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: Freshers / 0 to 5 years
Salary: 3 – 4.25 LPA
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, and Internet Explorer/Mozilla Firefox.
- Familiarity with Internet Browsers, Windows OS, Microsoft Outlook, and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 environment, including night shifts.
- Willingness to work on phone/chat and emails in a concurrent blended profile.
- Power backup availability in case of power shutdown during the shift.
- Rotational two-consecutive days off.
- No unplanned leaves during the first four months (Training & Transition).
Job Description:
- Acts as the primary interface between Amazon and third-party sellers.
- Provides timely and accurate operational support to third-party sellers on the Amazon platform.
- Addresses chronic system issues, provides process improvements, and contributes to a team environment.
- Demonstrates end-to-end ownership of seller interactions, proactive problem-solving, and exceptional support.
- Liaises with other departments as required to resolve seller issues.
